Garnier Naturals Rose Water Toner Review

08:30

I've been wanting to try a rose water based product for a while so when I seen Garnier had released this new Naturals Rose Water Toner I had to buy it!

I love that this toner contains 96% natural ingredients which is pretty good for a drugstore brand! No parabens, colourants or silicones. The ingredients include Water, Glycerin, Alcohol Denat. Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Phytate, Arginine, Propanediol, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Citric Acid, Salicylic Acid & Linalool.

I've been using this after cleansing everyday, I saturate a cotton pad before applying it all over my face. I like that this toner removes any left over make up whilst refreshing my skin. This leaves my skin feel clean and ready for moisturiser. It doesn't dry my skin out or make it feel tight at all! It has a lovely rose scent, but I can imagine it being overpowering for some people though.

I don't think this toner is holy grail material for me but I do think its great if your skin need freshening up or if you have sensitive skin.

Have you tried this or rose water?

Rose is one of my favourite skincare ingredients, I am currently obsessed with the Neals Yard Remedies Rose Beauty Balm, it's an amazing moisturiser!

  6. Someone gifted me Lush's Eau De Roma toner which was rosewater in it - that started my rosewater obsession! I just bought a bottle of rosewater from the supermarket and mist it on my face before applying makeup - works a treat!

  9. I usually love rose products but I'm too used to Bioderma products I'm not sure I could find something as great for my skin.
    But it does look interesting.
